5. Certificates

Certificates are issued only when:

• Course requirements are successfully completed.
• Outstanding balances are cleared.
• Attendance requirements are met where applicable.

All course materials, presentations, videos, and resources remain the property of Collins Campus or their respective owners.

Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell educational materials without written permission.

7. Student Conduct

Collins Campus reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for:

• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Academic dishonesty
• Disruption of classes
• Misuse of campus resources

8. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Upload malicious content
• Interfere with website operations
• Use the website for unlawful purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

Collins Campus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.
